Power

Just what Power is I cannot explain,
for it is beyond my comprehension.
Those who seek it go alone that they
may be tested for worthiness. It is
a gift to be bestowed not only for
virtue but for prayer and courage.

Mercury Retrograde Spring 2017

Mercury is relevant to communication and travel.
Mercury turns retrograde three times each year.
It appears to stop its forward motion and reverse.
This is only as it appears to earthlings.
‘Retrograde’ motion may apply to any of the planets.
Three weeks before and three weeks after Mercury goes
retrograde it has the same effect.
This Spring, Mercury went retrograde April 9th and will
remain so until May the 2nd. Travel plains may be disrupted.
Security issues will affect millions as populations
seek understanding.  Guard against verbal abuse, personal threats,
or over reaction caused by delays. Endeavor to maintain inner peace.
It is important to keep channels of communication open
and clear with those who matter most in your life.

Along the Road

Expect the Dawn

We must learn to reawaken and keep ourselves
awake, not by mechanical aids, but by an
infinite expectation of the dawn, which does
not forsake us even in our soundest sleep.
I know of no more encouraging fact than the
unquestionable ability of man to elevate his
life by a conscious endeavour. It is something
to be able to paint a particular picture, or
to carve a statue, and so to make a few
objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious
to carve and paint the very atmosphere and
medium through which we look, which morally
we can do. To affect the quality of the day,
that is the highest of arts.
